MZL Factory Snack Festival Case

As a commercial scrubber dryer manufacturer, we hosted our annual factory snack festival to strengthen team cohesion among 500+ employees from production, R&D, sales, and after-sales departments. The 3,000-square-meter factory event area—usually a workshop auxiliary space with tiled floors—was transformed into a vibrant venue with food stalls run by cross-departmental teams. Beyond enjoying snacks, the event aimed to foster collaboration, while food crumbs, drink spills, and oil stains posed urgent cleaning needs that couldn’t disrupt the bonding atmosphere.

In prior years, cleaning relied on voluntary employees from different teams, leading to uncoordinated workflows. A mixed 4-person team spent 45 minutes per interval cleaning, yet residues and wet floors lingered—creating safety risks and cutting into precious team interaction time. The chaotic cleaning process weakened the event’s core goal of team bonding, as employees were distracted by tedious tasks.

This year, we integrated our compact walk-behind scrubber dryers into the event, with R&D and production teams jointly demonstrating the equipment’s performance—turning cleaning into a team collaboration showcase. The machines, featuring a 20L solution tank, 52cm cleaning width, and 58dB low noise, navigated narrow aisles easily. Cross-departmental pairs operated them in turns, blending product familiarity with team coordination.

The outcome exceeded expectations: a 2-person cross-department team finished full-venue cleaning in just 10 minutes per interval, cutting time by 78% and freeing up employees for bonding activities. Dry, spotless floors eliminated slip hazards, while the joint operation of equipment deepened mutual understanding between teams. The machines ran continuously for 6 hours without faults, proving their durability to all staff.
